Who pays for the call.


The business, using FreeConnect.com.au and clicking on the FreeConnect buttons is similar in principle to using a freecall number. The business only pays for each call, no charges for set up or any annual fee's etc...


How do I get to the top of the list.


FreeConnect for obvious reasons list companies that have their FreeConnect options turned on and with credit at the top of the list. After that there is other criteria involved with the algorithm, from how long have you been with us to how popular are you with the users etc....


How do I list my Old Addresses.


This feature is available to FreeConnect clients who have signed up to a pre-paid account. You can simply enter the addresses according to date you occupied those premises and this is done in the login section of the site. We have also created a short video to show you how to do this, just click this button and we will show you.


How long is the contract.


There are NO contracts. FreeConnect operates simply like a pre paid mobile phone account. With credit in your account clients can FreeConnect to you and with no credit they can still view your details.


I can not find my companies details.


FreeConnect can not guarantee to have all companies listed automatically. We do allow any business to list information about themselves and make that information as comprehensive as they wish.


How much do the Connects Cost?


You chose the cost. FreeConnect's start at as little as 45 cents. You are able to increase the amount you are willing to invest for that type of lead by logging in using your unique username and password. Please note that the algorithm which determines your place or rank among your competition is determined via numerous criteria which dollars spent with FreeConnect is a part of, how ever it is not the only factor.

The FreeConnect SMS feature starts at 45 cents, which includes notification to the business via SMS and comprehensive information sent via email

The FreeConnect Fax feature starts at 45 cents, which includes notification to the business via SMS and comprehensive information sent via email

The FreeConnect Post feature starts at 45 cents, which includes notification to the business via SMS and comprehensive information sent via email

The FreeConnect Call feature start at $3.00 which covers a maximum of a four minute call using two phone lines, as FreeConnect first calls the potential customer who has requested the FreeConnect Call to your business and then calls the business and Connects the two.


Can we FreeConnect to mobiles?


Yes, you can FreeConnect to any mobile or land line in Australia (no international calls). The only limit is the actual call length which we have limited to 4 minutes, for obvious reasons.


What about existing clients of ours contacting us via FreeConnect and using up our credit.


This is a relatively unlikely process as existing clients would have your direct number and hence no need to search, find, input and dial. How ever should you wish you can ban the specific phone numbers and/or IP addresses by logging in with your unquie username and password and entering the details in the banned list.
